Specializing in the custom small building for a specific need or application, Montana Cabin Exchange will help design and develop the ultimate dream cabin or backyard getaway for our customers.

Our current models are built up to 11'x24' in size and can be delivered to your site or be equipped with a trailer and axel as an option. An oversized permit will be required for delivery of larger cabins. Building permits and covenant compliance are the responsibility of the customer. We will be happy to provide you with specifications for the purpose of obtaining those permits.
